Who is Who PSA 2024

Borislav Milovanovid and Nenad Borojevid from Serbia were named to the PSA’s “Who’s
Who in Photography” list.
Borislav Milovanovid in the Projected Image Division (PID) Monochrome, while Nenad
Borojevid in the Photojournalism Division (PJD) Projected.
The information in this edition of Who’s Who in Photography is based on the number of
image acceptances earned by PSA-member photographers during the 2024 competition
year in international exhibitions recognized by PSA. Inclusion in Who’s Who is a mark of
photographic excellence and remains one of the most prestigious honors the Photographic
Society of America bestows upon its members who actively participate in these exhibitions.
The number of PSA-recognized exhibitions has grown to 489 – reflecting not only
the increasing global reach of photography, but also the rising number of outstanding
photographers competing internationally. This growth makes inclusion in Who’s Who an
even more significant achievement today.
This issue considers acceptances received for images only. Acceptances for judging or
chairing exhibitions do not count toward Who’s Who inclusion, although they are credited
within PSA’s Star Ratings system.
– PSA comprises six divisions:
– Projected Image Division (PID)
– Nature Division (ND)
– Photojournalism Division (PJD)
– Photo Travel Division (PTD)
– Pictorial Print Division (PPD)
– 3D Division (3DD)
Each division annually identifies its top exhibitors worldwide and publishes their
achievements in a special Who’s Who edition of the PSA Journal. All PSA members who
meet the minimum success criteria through participation in PSA-recognized exhibitions are
listed.
To qualify for inclusion in Who’s Who, a photographer must earn at least 5% of the total
possible acceptances in a division’s section. If the minimum qualifying number is four or
fewer, the photographer must also have acceptances from at least two different judgings.
This rule applies to all sections with 20 or fewer judgments. Each section specifies its own
minimum requirement.
Who’s Who in Photography 2024 serves as the annual record of exhibitors in all PSA
divisions who have met these criteria. Exhibitors are listed alphabetically within each
section, alongside their total number of acceptances and judgings. The Top Exhibitor tables
highlight those individuals who achieved the highest scores throughout the year. All PSA
members who place among the top ten in any division will now receive a digital (printable)
Certificate of Merit; physical certificates will no longer be mailed.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this year’s listings. However, accuracy
depends on timely and consistent reporting by exhibitions via the EDAS. Consistency in how
photographers enter their name and country is critical. Variations in name or country
between exhibitions can prevent proper merging of results and may result in errors or
omissions. Only English/Latin characters may be used in names and image titles.
Catalog discrepancies should be reported promptly to the Who’s Who Chairman and the
relevant Directors (contact details available on the PSA website). Corrections must be
verified by the corresponding exhibition. Any magazine-related errors should be reported to
the appropriate Division Director within 30 days of publication – whether digital or print.
On behalf of PSA’s Exhibition Services, Exhibition Standards Directors, Who’s Who Directors,
and Star Ratings Directors, I would like to extend sincere thanks to the exhibitions that
followed the guidelines for submitting both catalogs and EDAS files. We recognize that these
processes can be challenging, and we deeply appreciate the cooperation and persistence of
those who worked with us to resolve any issues. Special thanks also go to the Who’s Who
Directors for their dedication and timely preparation of the data that makes this publication
possible.
